In 1968, Thermco was founded to represent manufacturers in the sale of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and plumbing equipment in the Northern New Jersey area. What started as a two-person, two product line agency, has grown into one of the most respected Manufacturer’s Representatives in the area. We now represent a full array of the highest quality manufacturers and our territory has expanded to include the entire state of New Jersey, the lower counties of New York, including the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
Thermco is currently owned by its Co-Presidents, Chris Phelan and Tom Loder. Chris joined Thermco in 1995 and was previously the Director of Engineering Sales. With Thermco since 2000, Tom was previously the Director of Wholesale Sales. Their long Thermco careers have helped them to uphold Thermco’s reputation within the industry and the internal culture of success. Today, Thermco maintains a team of nearly 30 highly motivated and knowledgeable individuals. Our staff consists of Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Service & Technical Support Agents, Estimating and a full office support staff.
For over a half century, Thermco has represented state-of-the-art products and manufacturers. Our long-term success is due to our commitment to the manufacturers we partner with and the relationships we have established with the wholesale, engineering, and contractor communities.
